Danam Nagender to Approach Supreme Court

Following the Telangana High Court’s decision to disqualify Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender, he is reportedly preparing to pursue the matter further in the Supreme Court. Nagender is said to be consulting legal experts over the High Court verdict and has decided to challenge the order before the apex court.

According to reports, Danam Nagender is expected to file a petition in the Supreme Court tomorrow challenging the High Court’s judgment. Nagender was elected from Khairatabad on a BRS ticket in 2023 and later joined the Congress. The High Court’s latest ruling came in petitions challenging the Speaker’s decision rejecting his disqualification plea.
