Both Houses Adjourned Amid Opposition Protests

Both Houses of Parliament were adjourned till 2 PM for the seventh consecutive day amid continuous protests by the opposition. The opposition members demanded a discussion on the lathi-charge incident involving students, leading to disruptions in the proceedings of both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha.

Meanwhile, the Speaker urged members to cooperate for a discussion on the Anti-Paper Leak Bill. The Lok Sabha is scheduled to take up the bill for discussion at 2 PM. The Speaker also appealed to both the ruling and opposition parties to maintain decorum in the House.
