The Bihar government, led by Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, has taken a significant decision to maintain public decency and social harmony. Authorities have been directed to take strict action against individuals who play obscene, abusive, or double-meaning songs that hurt caste sensitivities in public places and gatherings.
The order applies to locations such as markets, vehicles, weddings, public events, and other social functions. Officials have been instructed to ensure strict enforcement, aiming to curb offensive content and promote a respectful cultural environment across the state.
