Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital Silver Jubilee Closing Ceremony on June 22

Nandamuri Balakrishna, Chairman of Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute (BIACH&RI), announced that the grand closing ceremony of the hospital’s Silver Jubilee celebrations will be held on June 22 at Novotel Hotel, Hitech City, Hyderabad. Speaking at a media conference, he said the institution, established in 2000, has successfully completed 25 years of service while upholding the ideals of N.T. Rama Rao and Basavatarakam. Several programs were conducted throughout the year as part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations.

Balakrishna stated that Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda, former Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will attend the event. On the occasion of his birthday, Balakrishna celebrated with children battling cancer, distributed toys and gifts, and received donations for cancer care and the construction of the new hospital at Thullur near Amaravati. He thanked all donors and supporters for their contributions to the institution’s mission.
