Sai Pallavi has shared a heartfelt account of her experience playing Goddess Sita in the upcoming film Ramayana. The actress revealed that she approached the sacred character differently from her usual roles because she felt a deep sense of responsibility while portraying such a revered figure. Explaining her approach, Sai Pallavi said that she normally brings her own interpretation and ideas to every character she plays. However, when it came to Goddess Sita, her perspective changed completely. Rather than relying on her own thoughts or adding her personal interpretation, she focused on what she could learn and receive from the sacred character.
Sai Pallavi made these remarks during her appearance on the popular television show Kaun Banega Crorepati, hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. Speaking about her experience, she said, “Every role I play, I give it my version and add my inputs. But while playing Sita, I only thought about what I could receive from such a sacred character. I did not use my brain. I only took her blessings and absorbed the fierce role of Sita.” Her words reportedly impressed Amitabh Bachchan and reflected the actress’s devotion and respect for the character. Her approach highlights how seriously she has taken the responsibility of portraying Goddess Sita in the much-anticipated cinematic adaptation of the epic.
