Zomato CEO’s Luxury Apartment Sees Strong Demand in Gurugram

Zomato co-founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal purchased an ultra-luxury apartment measuring 10,813 square feet at DLF’s The Camellias in Gurugram. Located in DLF Phase 5 on Golf Course Road, the property was reportedly bought directly from the developer in August 2022 for ₹52.3 crore.

According to property registration records, the conveyance deed was officially executed in March 2025, with a stamp duty payment of ₹3.66 crore. Amid rising prices in Gurugram’s premium residential market, similar-sized apartments in the complex are estimated to be worth around ₹140 crore. This estimate represents a substantial increase over the property’s original purchase price, although it does not establish the apartment’s actual resale value.
