The 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup is scheduled to begin on October 4 and conclude with the final on November 21. The tournament will be jointly hosted by South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia, marking the return of an ODI World Cup to Africa after 2003.
As per the reported hosting plan, South Africa is expected to stage around 41 matches, while Zimbabwe may host 8–10 games and Namibia could host 3 matches. The multi-nation tournament is expected to bring major global cricket action across the African continent.
