Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 has begun with several unexpected twists. The season started on September 6 with 16 contestants entering the house, but the first week itself witnessed a double elimination. With 11 contestants currently in the risk zone, the first weekend episode saw host Nagarjuna take a serious approach while addressing the housemates.

Nagarjuna cleared the doubts surrounding eliminated contestants Charan and Chaitra being in a secret room by speaking to both of them through a live call. He also strongly questioned Rohith Nayudu over his reluctance to wash glasses used by other housemates and demonstrated that no task is considered inferior in the Bigg Boss house. Meanwhile, Trigun was reprimanded for making personal remarks about Rohith and was given a punishment of carrying a heavy tyre around the garden area. Nagarjuna warned the remaining contestants that negligence and arrogance could cost them their place in the house, setting a serious tone for the weeks ahead.
