Story:
Prajapathi, the founder of Prajapathi Bank, faces bankruptcy after losing thousands of crores in the crypto market crash. After surviving a murder attempt, he escapes to Dubai despite legal restrictions. Meanwhile, Ved Vyas, played by Satya, appears with multiple identities that create confusion and comedy throughout the story. The film revolves around the mystery behind Ved Vyas and the assassination attempt on Prajapathi.
Plus Points:
Satya once again impresses with his comic timing and energetic performance. His role carries different shades, and he manages to entertain in several scenes. Some comedy episodes involving Vennela Kishore and Harsha Chemudu generate decent laughs. The film also maintains a stylish presentation in a few action sequences. Kaala Bhairava’s background score supports the mood of the film well, while the cameo appearance of Rajkumar brings nostalgic value.
Minus Points:
The biggest drawback of the film is its weak and confusing screenplay. Several comedy portions feel stretched and fail to maintain consistency. Though the film attempts to mix action, comedy, and suspense, the narration becomes messy at many places. Rhea Singha gets limited scope to perform, and some supporting characters are poorly utilized. The second half especially loses grip and tests the audience’s patience.
Technical Department:
Director Ritesh Rana tries to recreate the entertaining style seen in the Mathu Vadalara series, but the writing lacks freshness this time. The cinematography looks decent, and the production values are good. Kaala Bhairava’s music and background score are effective in parts. Editing could have been much sharper, especially in the second half.
Verdict:
Jetlee delivers a few entertaining moments with Satya’s performance and some comedy scenes, but the weak screenplay and inconsistent narration stop it from becoming a fully engaging entertainer.
Rating: 2.5/5
