Four close friends strongly believe that ghosts and spirits do not exist. Determined to expose fake godmen who exploit people in the name of superstition, they decide to confront a powerful baba living near the Andhra–Odisha border. When the baba challenges them to prove that spirits are unreal by staying in an abandoned bungalow for three days, the friends accept the dare. What follows is a series of terrifying experiences that test their beliefs, leading them to confront dark secrets tied to restless souls and unfinished deaths.
• Some effective horror moments in the second half
• Mime Madhu’s performance as the possessed tribal character
• A reasonably engaging climax that builds suspense
• Routine horror setup with predictable turns
• Several key backstories are explained verbally instead of visually
• Underdeveloped characters and missed opportunities for deeper fear
The background score and sound design work well in parts, enhancing the eerie atmosphere. Cinematography is decent, with a few visually striking horror frames. Production values are adequate but do not elevate the film beyond its familiar genre boundaries.
Eesha offers occasional scares and a mildly thrilling climax but largely follows a predictable horror formula. While it may appeal to viewers who enjoy straightforward supernatural thrillers, it falls short of delivering a consistently gripping or truly frightening experience.
Rating: 2.75/5
