KVN Productions, which is aiming to strengthen its position in the South Indian film market with big-budget projects, is reportedly banking heavily on Megastar Chiranjeevi and director Bobby’s upcoming film, Kaka. After some recent projects, including Dhruva Sarja’s KD The Devil, Vijay’s Jana Nayagan, and Yash’s Toxic, reportedly failed to meet expectations, the production house is looking to Kaka as a potentially crucial release. The film is expected to benefit from the lucrative Sankranti season, with the makers reportedly planning a grand theatrical release on January 13, 2027.
Chiranjeevi is said to be appearing in a fresh makeover, while Anaswara Rajan is reportedly playing his daughter in the film. With Thaman composing the music and Bobby directing the project, expectations among fans are high. Trade circles believe the combination of Chiranjeevi’s star power, Bobby’s direction and a festive release could give the film a strong advantage at the box office. As a result, the success of Kaka is being closely watched and could prove significant for KVN Productions.
