BRS MLAs Dr. Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and Devireddy Sudheer Reddy addressed the media at the DGP office and levelled several allegations against the Telangana government. Palla Rajeshwar Reddy demanded that police immediately register a case against Congress MLA Veerlapalli Shankar over alleged remarks wishing for KCR’s death. He also condemned the alleged treatment of women leaders and demanded cases against those responsible. He further called for cases against MLAs and party workers who allegedly attempted to attack KCR’s farmhouse.
Palla Rajeshwar Reddy alleged that the farmhouse was “defiled” because Congress leaders visited the premises, and not because of Dalits. He accused the government of using AI-morphed photographs for political gain and alleged that no case had been registered despite a complaint being submitted at the Command Control Centre. The BRS leaders also accused the government of diverting public attention instead of discussing people’s issues. Devireddy Sudheer Reddy said that no matter how many cases were filed or how much the government diverted attention, they would continue their fight against what he described as the government’s “inefficient rule.”
