Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy launched a strong attack on Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, challenging him to hold a public debate on any issue. Speaking to the media at the BJP state headquarters in Hyderabad on Sunday, Kishan Reddy said he was not intimidated by what he described as political rhetoric and asserted that he was ready to face any discussion or challenge. He emphasized that no one in Telangana could stop him from raising issues concerning the people.
Kishan Reddy also took a swipe at the Chief Minister, stating that unlike Revanth Reddy, he had not switched multiple political parties during his career. He said his political journey began with the BJP and would remain with the party throughout his life. The Union Minister urged the Chief Minister to focus on fulfilling the promises made to the people of Telangana before targeting political opponents. He further claimed that members of Dalit and Backward Class communities could intensify protests if the government's commitments remained unfulfilled.
