Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made several strong and interesting remarks during an informal interaction with the media in the Assembly. He stated that political recognition often comes through rivalry, saying that just as certain figures gained prominence due to their opponents, his own recognition also came in the presence of KCR. At the same time, he clarified that there is no comparison between their styles of governance and claimed that his government is delivering on its promises.
Revanth Reddy also spoke about welfare schemes and agriculture, stating that his government is providing benefits like bonuses to farmers while focusing on proper implementation. He emphasized the importance of media in creating awareness among farmers and urged it to act responsibly. He further mentioned that there are no changes in the gas subsidy scheme and highlighted efforts taken by his ministers in governance.
On national issues, he criticized the central government over financial allocations and expressed concerns about constituency delimitation, saying it could create imbalance between northern and southern states. He warned that such decisions may affect the importance of southern states and called it a public issue rather than a political one. He also stressed the need to avoid regional differences and maintain balanced governance across the country.
