K. Ramakrishna, National Secretary of the CPI, launched a sharp attack on Pawan Kalyan. He alleged that Pawan Kalyan was attempting to create differences between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and had sidelined the ideals and agenda of the Jana Sena Party.
Ramakrishna further claimed that Pawan Kalyan had failed in his responsibilities as Deputy Chief Minister. He also questioned the reported threats of action against Professor Nageshwar and asked whether Pawan Kalyan remembers democratic values only when he is in the opposition. The remarks have sparked political discussion in both Telugu states.
