Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has said that the state government is committed to transforming Telangana into a world-class industrial hub for the aerospace and defence sectors. He stressed that investment security, uninterrupted power supply, faster approvals, skill development for youth and international opportunities for local businesses are among the government’s top priorities.
Speaking at the curtain raiser event of Raksha Expo, held at Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad as part of the Invest Telangana Global Summit 2026, Bhatti said the government was focused on attracting investments, generating employment for local youth, strengthening small industries and promoting skill development.
He highlighted the importance of reliable electricity for industries, sound financial planning and transparent government policies. Investment announcements alone would not constitute real development, he said. The true benefits of investments would be realised only when they increase production, bring orders to local enterprises and provide families with sustainable livelihoods.
He said the same principle applied to public administration. Systems that perform their responsibilities consistently, even without applause or public recognition, are what build lasting trust and credibility.
The Deputy Chief Minister stressed that the state government must operate with the same level of precision and discipline expected in the aerospace and defence industries if Telangana is to achieve greater success in these sectors.
