Chief Minister Revanth Reddy instructed his ministers and MLAs to strongly counter the allegations made by the opposition BRS party in the Legislative Assembly sessions with robust arguments and clear evidence. According to reports, in a special meeting held in his chamber after the adjournment of the assembly on Monday, the CM directed them to be prepared with complete information and accurate data on every issue. He stated that the focus should be on the agenda items in the assembly, rather than on irrelevant matters, and that MLAs from the respective districts should present strong arguments during discussions related to their areas.
The CM specifically instructed them to speak forcefully on issues such as the Palamuru-Rangareddy project, the utilization of Krishna-Godavari waters, the central government's amendment bill on the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), and the HILT policy. He said that they should expose, with evidence, how project costs increased during the BRS regime and the true status of the works. It is understood that in this meeting, it was decided that all ministers must compulsorily attend the assembly sessions, answer the opposition's questions, and clearly state that the Congress government is standing with the people and fighting for their rights.
