“Sumathi Shatakam” Movie to Stream on OTT from the 19th of This Month!

The rural drama Sumathi Shatakam starring Bigg Boss fame Amardeep Chowdary has locked its OTT release date. The film, which was released in theatres on February 6, will now stream on the popular Telugu OTT platform ETV Win. The movie will be available for digital audiences starting March 19, 2026.

When it was released in theatres, the film received mixed reviews. Some viewers appreciated Amardeep’s performance and the village-based comedy scenes. However, the story felt routine to many audiences, so the movie did not get the expected response at the box office. Now, it remains to be seen how the film performs on OTT.

The movie features Shaili M Chowdary as the female lead, with Tasty Teja, Mahesh Vitta, JDV Prasad and Mirchi Kiran playing important roles. Produced by Sai Sudhakar Kommalapati under the Vision Movie Makers banner and directed by MM Naidu, the film features music composed by Subhash Anand. The story is an entertaining tale about a young man who is eager to get married.
