Nivin Pauly’s Political Thriller on OTT… When Is It Streaming?

Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly, who became popular with the film “Premam”, is back with his latest movie “Prathichhaya”. The political thriller was released in theatres last month on the 26th but did not receive a strong response due to its routine storyline. Now, the makers have officially announced its OTT release.

The film will start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from April 24, just within a month of its theatrical release. However, there is no clear update yet about the availability of a Telugu dubbed version, though it is expected to be released.

The story follows Varghese, an honest Chief Minister of Kerala, whose life changes after serious allegations are made against him by a woman named Nisha. He resigns from his position and his elder son John decides to uncover the truth behind the accusations. As John steps into the world of politics, he faces several challenges.
