What is the Story About?

Dan John (Dulquer Salmaan) runs a business at his father's request but is more interested in gambling and betting. After losing huge amounts of money, he falls into debt. His mother, Mercy (Jayasudha), gives him her savings in an attempt to help him, but he loses that money as well in cricket betting. While trying to recover the amount from the betting operators, Dan meets with an accident and loses his right hand. Doctors replace it with another person's hand, but things take an unexpected turn when the transplanted hand begins acting independently, beyond his control. Meanwhile, he meets Isha (Kayadu Lohar), a physiotherapist. Initially frightened by the strange behaviour, Dan gradually gets used to it. However, when he encounters David (Mysskin) at a betting centre, the hand attempts to attack him with a knife. Whose hand was transplanted onto Dan? What mysterious power does it possess, and why is it after David? These questions form the central mystery of the film.
