SIT Issues Notice to KTR in Phone Tapping Case

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has issued notices to BRS Working President KTR in connection with the phone tapping case. He has been asked to appear for questioning at 11 am tomorrow. The SIT officials will conduct the inquiry at the Jubilee Hills Police Station in Hyderabad.

Earlier, the SIT questioned former minister Harish Rao in the same case. Allegations have surfaced that phones of opposition leaders were tapped during the 2023 Assembly elections, and even phones of leaders from the ruling party were allegedly monitored. With these developments, the investigation has entered a crucial phase.
