The IndiGo crisis, now entering its ninth consecutive day, continues to disrupt air travel across the country. As the situation worsens, the airline has announced the cancellation of 220 flights today alone. To gain tighter control over the chaos, authorities have formed a special 8-member monitoring committee to oversee IndiGo’s operations.
To minimize the impact on passengers, DGCA has temporarily allocated key routes to other airlines, ensuring essential connectivity. In response to rising demand on crucial travel sectors, DGCA is also making route adjustments and operational changes to stabilize the situation. However, the big question remains: When will the crisis truly end?
