In a key development in the Pranay murder case of Telangana, the High Court has granted interim bail to life convict Sravan Kumar. The court ordered that bail be granted until the hearing on the petition filed by the life convict is completed, taking into consideration legal and humanitarian aspects.
The court also took note of Sravan Kumar’s age while passing the order. It clarified that the bail is temporary and will remain in force only until the disposal of the petition.
