Former MP Santosh Rao’s Questioning Concludes in Phone Tapping Case..

The investigation in the phone-tapping case has reached a crucial stage. In this context, former MP Santosh Rao was questioned by SIT officials in Hyderabad on Tuesday from 3 PM to 10:30 PM, during a nearly seven-and-a-half-hour-long session, during which the officials recorded details related to him. During the interrogation, questions were raised regarding the appointment of Prabhakar Rao as Intelligence Chief.

The SIT officials also presented certain evidence related to the phone-tapping case and sought his explanations. After the session, his statement was formally recorded by the SIT. Santosh fully cooperated during the investigation. Speaking to the media after the inquiry, he stated that he had extended complete cooperation to the SIT officials throughout the process.
