

IndiGo CEO Peter Elbers has apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers. He said, “Today, all our 1,800 flight services are operating normally. From now on, we are taking every possible precaution to ensure that passengers do not face any issues or disturbances on IndiGo flights.” He also stated that special teams have been deployed to quickly resolve the recent problems and to make sure the services run without any interruptions.
He further added that the staff is working very hard to provide better service, and improving the passenger experience is their top priority. He revealed that full refunds have already been issued to the lakhs of passengers whose travel was affected recently. Peter Elbers assured that IndiGo will strengthen its services further and make sure passengers do not face any difficulties in the future.
