Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan reviewed the recent forest fire incident in the Seshachalam hills near Tirupati. He directed officials to take immediate steps to prevent the flames from spreading further and to bring the situation under control at the earliest. The fire reportedly broke out on Saturday in the forest area adjacent to Tirupati town, behind the Biotrim region.
The Deputy CM also ordered a detailed inquiry into the incident and instructed authorities to take strict action against those responsible under forest laws. He sought an explanation from the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF) and conducted a teleconference with forest department officials to closely monitor the situation and ensure swift response measures.
