Compensation Announced for RTC Driver’s Family; Son to Get Job

The Telangana government has announced an ex gratia payment for the family of RTC driver Shankar Goud. The government stated that financial assistance of ₹10 lakh will be provided to his family. This decision is expected to offer much-needed financial support and relief to the bereaved family.

In addition, the government has also announced that Shankar Goud’s son will be given employment in RTC. Officials said the decision was taken to ensure livelihood security and provide long-term support to the family.
