The Delhi High Court on Monday postponed the hearing in the National Herald money laundering case to May 25. The adjournment came while considering a plea filed by the Enforcement Directorate, which challenged a lower court’s decision that refused to take cognisance of the chargesheet filed against Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and others.
The High Court has scheduled the next hearing for May 25, allowing more time for legal arguments from both sides. The case continues to draw significant attention as it involves senior political leaders and key legal questions surrounding the chargesheet and proceedings initiated by the Enforcement Directorate.
