Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has written a letter to the people of the state regarding Gram Sabhas. He stated that, as part of the 99-day action plan under “Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika,” Gram Sabhas are being conducted across the state. On this occasion, officials at the Gram Sabhas will read out the Chief Minister’s message. He noted that it has been two years and three months since the people’s government assumed office and the government has been working without compromise on welfare and development while overcoming financial challenges and correcting the mistakes of the previous administration. He emphasized that the government functions with the mindset of being servants rather than rulers, focusing on the aspirations and needs of the people. He added that every decision is made keeping in mind public welfare, social responsibility and the future of the state. He also mentioned that successive victories in by-elections, panchayat elections and municipal elections reflect the people’s approval and support for the government, which has further increased its responsibility.
The Chief Minister stated that government schemes should not remain on paper but must bring tangible changes in people’s lives. With this objective, the “Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika” program has been initiated. He instructed that this 99-day program, starting from March 6, should be carried out as a coordinated effort across all departments, from the village level to the state level, like a mass movement. He emphasized that every official should work with the primary goal of resolving local issues, ensuring speedy clearance of files, maintaining cleanliness in government offices, and promoting transparency in decision-making. He further directed that schemes such as Mahalakshmi free bus travel, LPG cylinders at ₹500, free electricity up to 200 units, Arogyasri, ration cards, fine rice, Indiramma houses and women’s empowerment initiatives should effectively reach all eligible beneficiaries through this program.
Highlighting the vision of “Telangana Rising – 2047,” the Chief Minister stated that the goal is to position the state as number one in the world not only economically but across all sectors. He urged every citizen to actively participate in this mission. He explained that the state has been categorized into CURE, PURE and RARE sectors, and within these frameworks, Telangana should emerge as a global model in service, manufacturing and agriculture. He described the 99-day action plan as not just a routine program but a commitment and a mission. He called upon all 40 million people of Telangana to unite and become an inspiration for the nation and the world. He expressed that this is his vision and every citizen of Telangana should be a part of realizing it. He concluded the letter by seeking the cooperation of all.
