Mega Power Star Ram Charan has put an end to the recent confusion surrounding the release date of his big-budget film “Peddi.” Initially planned for release on March 27 to coincide with his birthday, the film was later rescheduled to the 30th of this month due to unavoidable reasons. Recently, rumors suggesting a further postponement to June 26 created a buzz on social media.
Addressing these speculations, Ram Charan himself clarified during the promotions of “Rakasa,” produced by his sister Niharika Konidela, that “Peddi” will indeed release on the 30th as planned. He firmly stated that there is no truth to the delay rumors. Meanwhile, producer SKN also publicly apologized for earlier mentioning a June release date, admitting it was a mistake and emphasizing that only official announcements from the makers should be considered valid.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, “Peddi” features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, with prominent actors like Divyendu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu and Shiva Rajkumar in key roles. The film’s music is composed by A. R. Rahman. Currently in the post-production stage, a few song shoots are still pending. Fans of Ram Charan are eagerly awaiting the film’s release on the 30th. The movie is expected to be a blend of action and drama and audiences are hopeful that it will hit theaters as scheduled.
