According to new intelligence, Jaish-e-Mohammed may be preparing a significant terror attack in India. Security officials have reportedly received these alerts, suggesting that the group may be getting its cadres ready for a new attack. In response to these warnings, authorities have stepped up surveillance and taken preventative action.
Jaish militants are said to have recently received specialized training in a number of locations, and digital markets were purportedly used to buy the required supplies. Concerns about their intentions were raised when officials disclosed that approximately ₹6,400 worth of items connected to suspicious activity were tracked. According to intelligence sources, the group is trying to reorganize itself and send its agents into India while disguising themselves in different ways.
Delhi's security services are especially vigilant due to indications that the group is moving and communicating more. Although the precise targets are still unknown, senior officials said there is a chance that Jaish operatives are getting ready for an attack. Authorities have been directed to increase security and keep a close eye on susceptible hotspots while investigations are ongoing.
