Another atrocity in Bangladesh...Hindu woman raped!

Another inhumane incident has come to light in neighboring Bangladesh. In the Kaliganj area, a Hindu widow was raped by two men. Besides threatening the victim and demanding money, they tied her to a tree, cut her hair, and behaved brutally. The woman, who sustained serious injuries, lost consciousness and was taken to the hospital by locals. She later filed a complaint with the police.

According to the complaint, the victim had purchased land and a house from the accused two and a half years ago. Since then, one of the accused had been harassing her. On Saturday evening, when relatives were visiting her home, the two accused broke in, chased away the relatives, and committed this heinous crime. It is reported that they also filmed the atrocity and posted it on social media. The police have stated that they will take strict action against the accused. Analysts say that the recent attacks on minorities in Bangladesh are a cause for concern.
