Tamil star Suriya and director Venky Atluri’s family entertainer ‘Viswanath & Sons’ is maintaining strong momentum at the box office. Starring Mamitha Baiju as the female lead, the film has been receiving a positive response in the Telugu states as well as overseas. After recording impressive numbers during its opening weekend, the film has now achieved another major milestone. The production house officially announced that the movie has collected a worldwide gross of ₹150 crore in just four days. Radhika Sarathkumar, Raveena Tandon, Nassar and Sunil Reddy are among the key actors in the cast.
The film features music by GV Prakash Kumar and is produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments. Reports suggest that the Telugu-dubbed version is contributing more revenue than the Tamil version, making its performance particularly important in the coming days. However, ‘Irumudi’ is set to arrive in theatres on Friday, raising questions about its impact on ‘Viswanath & Sons’ collections. The film’s ₹150 crore worldwide gross in four days has given the team a major boost, and continued momentum could help it reach further milestones.
