Suniel Anand, Son of Bollywood Legend Dev Anand, Passes Away at 70

Bollywood actor and filmmaker Suniel Anand, son of legendary actor Dev Anand, passed away in London on July 26 after suffering a heart attack. He was 70. The news was officially confirmed by his niece, Geena Narang, through a social media post. Following the announcement, several members of the Hindi film industry expressed their condolences and paid tribute to the late actor.

Suniel Anand made his acting debut in Anand Aur Anand, directed by his father Dev Anand. He later appeared in films including Car Thief and Main Tere Liye, though he did not achieve the same level of stardom as his father. Passionate about filmmaking, he directed the film Master and later directed and acted in the Hollywood project Vagator Mixer. He had remained away from the film industry since 2015.
