Srinivasa Mangapuram, which marked the acting debut of Jayakrishna Ghattamaneni, grandson of Superstar Krishna and son of late Ramesh Babu, has achieved a notable theatrical milestone. Directed by Ajay Bhupathi, the romantic action drama was released on July 30. Although it did not achieve the expected success at the box office, the film completed a 100-day run at Ramakrishna Theatre in Chilakaluripet, Guntur district, on November 6. Its continued screening even after its OTT release has made the achievement particularly noteworthy.
At a time when many films leave theatres within a few weeks, a 100-day run for a debut actor's film has attracted attention. Reports suggest that Krishna's fans continued the screening to make Jayakrishna's first film memorable. Fans marked the occasion by installing large cut-outs and celebrating with fireworks. The film also introduced Rasha Thadani to Telugu cinema, while Mohan Babu appeared in a key role. Produced by P. Kiran, the film features music composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
