Sai Pallavi in Madhubala Biopic?

Known for her natural acting and versatile roles, Sai Pallavi has carved a unique identity in South Indian cinema. Fondly called the “Natural Beauty” and “Lady Power Star” by her fans, the actress is now gaining strong opportunities in Bollywood. According to reports, she is being considered for the lead role in a biopic on legendary actress Madhubala, which will be produced by renowned filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Earlier, names like Kiara Advani were reportedly in discussion for the role, but industry buzz suggests that Bhansali’s team is now keen on finalizing Sai Pallavi for the prestigious project.

Sai Pallavi is also preparing for her Bollywood debut with the film Ek Din, produced by Aamir Khan, where she stars alongside Junaid Khan. The film is scheduled to release on May 1, 2026. At the same time, she is playing the role of Sita opposite Ranbir Kapoor in the much-awaited film Ramayana and is also working on a major project with Dhanush. Bhansali, who earlier presented powerful female characters in films like Padmaavat and Gangubai Kathiawadi, is reportedly planning the Madhubala biopic on a grand scale.
