Megastar Chiranjeevi remains one of the most influential figures in Indian cinema, with his impact extending far beyond Telugu films. Filmmaker Raj Nidimoru, who hails from Chittoor and is known for several successful Bollywood projects, recently spoke about how Chiranjeevi’s songs and references have found a place in many of his works. Along with creative partner Krishna D.K., Raj has consistently incorporated elements of South Indian culture and cinema into their storytelling, creating a unique connection with audiences across the country.
Speaking in a recent interview, Raj revealed that Chiranjeevi’s songs were featured in projects such as Guns & Gulaabs and Go Goa Gone. He explained that these references were not only a tribute to the Megastar but also a reflection of their cultural roots. Raj further noted that allowing characters to speak in their native languages helped bring authenticity to their stories. He also highlighted how projects like The Family Man and Cinema Bandi connections were inspired by their love for regional storytelling and Indian diversity.
