Raghava Lawrence Turns Karna in Pan-India Historical Drama!

Raghava Lawrence, who has established himself as a versatile actor across Telugu and Tamil cinema, is set to take on a new and challenging role with Mahaveer Karna. The makers have announced the project as a pan-India historical drama based on Karna, one of the prominent warriors from the Mahabharata. Lawrence will portray the central character, with the recently released first look presenting him in the role of Karna.

The film is being directed by Ramesh Varma, known for films such as Khiladi and Rakshasudu. Mahaveer Karna marks a different genre for both the actor and director, with the project expected to be mounted on a large scale. Bollywood production house Pen Studios is backing the film with a substantial budget. The makers have also confirmed that Mahaveer Karna is scheduled to arrive in theatres in 2027.
