

The ‘Lens and Legacy: Bollywood in Focus’ exhibition, showcasing rare moments from Indian cinema, was grandly inaugurated at the National Gallery of Modern Art. The event, supported by the Ministry of Culture, was unveiled by veteran actress Hema Malini. Special tribute walls dedicated to Dharmendra and Asha Bhosle drew significant attention, featuring rare photographs and memories that deeply moved visitors.
Speaking at the event, Hema Malini became emotional while remembering her husband Dharmendra, expressing that she still struggles to accept his absence. She praised him as not only a great actor but also a hardworking individual behind the camera. She also paid tribute to Asha Bhosle, recalling how her voice, along with Lata Mangeshkar, brought life to her on-screen roles. The exhibition also featured works by noted photographers and was attended by several film personalities, celebrating the timeless legacy of Indian cinema.
