Kollywood actor and producer Vishal has received a setback from the Madras High Court. In a case related to the production house Lyca Productions, Vishal had requested more time to make the payment. However, the single judge rejected his plea.
Vishal then challenged the order by filing another petition. A division bench granted an interim stay on the single judge’s order and directed him to deposit ₹10 crore. Later, Vishal sought six weeks time to deposit the amount. The Madras High Court, after hearing the matter, refused to grant additional time and dismissed his petition.
