Buchi Babu Credits Ram Charan for Peddi's Massive Success

Global Star Ram Charan’s latest film 'Peddi', directed by Buchi Babu, was released on Thursday after its premiere shows were held on the night of June 3. The film received a positive response immediately after the premieres, resulting in packed theatres from Thursday morning. With the weekend ahead, trade circles expect the film’s collections to grow further. Peddi has already collected more than ₹135 crore gross on its opening day.

Speaking about the film’s success, director Buchi Babu said his phone has been continuously ringing since the premiere shows. He revealed that he has been receiving congratulatory calls and messages from across the industry. The director stated that Peddi achieved a success nearly ten times bigger than Uppena. He also credited Ram Charan for the film’s phenomenal performance, saying such a massive success would not have been possible without the actor’s hard work.
