In just a few hours, the premiere shows of The Raja Saab are set to begin, with ticket sales already underway in Andhra Pradesh following the swift issuance of a government order (GO). With the approval in place, tickets are being sold at a flat rate of ₹1,000, while in certain centres, prices have been fixed at ₹800 and ₹600, depending on theatre capacity. As per the government’s approval, the revised ticket rates will remain in effect for ten days starting tomorrow.
This effectively means that audiences will not be able to watch The Raja Saab at regular ticket prices until the festive period concludes. A similar pricing strategy was previously followed for Pushpa 2. Meanwhile, in Telangana, fans continue to wait anxiously as ticket bookings remain delayed due to the pending GO. With legal arguments ongoing in courts over ticket pricing, the Andhra Pradesh government has already granted permission for the hike for premiere shows, while clarity in Telangana is still awaited.
