Adivi Sesh drops a bomb- Dacoit release postponed!

The release date of Dacoit: A Love Story, which stars Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur, and Anurag Kashyap, has been formally rescheduled from Christmas 2025 to Ugadi 2026. The new date is March 19, 2026. Adivi Sesh posted, "This time, it won’t be the usual," on social media to confirm the update. There is no turning back. This Ugadi, March 19, 2026, Dacoit will be shown in theaters all over the world.

With Sesh and Mrunal's fiery chemistry and Anurag Kashyap playing a strong role, the movie promises an intense blend of action, emotion, and drama. Sesh described Mrunal as "extraordinary" and devoted to the project in an interview, even promoting it while filming overseas. He praised director Shaneil Deo for his vision and called Dacoit a "muscular" and emotionally charged movie with a modern edge.

The Telugu and Hindi film, which was co-written by Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo and produced by Supriya Yarlagadda under Annapurna Studios, is currently in post-production, preparing for a major nationwide release.
