Her family stated that she had been dealing with serious physical and mental health issues over the past year, but did not disclose the exact cause of her death. Ananya appeared in Hindi films such as Ghost, 7 Hours to Go and The Final Exit, and also played a key role in the Telugu film Taggede Le.

The actress’ family reportedly kept the funeral private. Following the announcement of her death, Ananya’s final social media post has also gone viral. She had shared a photograph from a shooting set on May 17 with a message indicating that it was her time to shine. As it turned out to be her last post, fans have been expressing their grief across social media. Ananya, who had established herself as an actress and model, leaves behind a career that ended unexpectedly, leaving film personalities and fans deeply saddened.
