Sai Pallavi making her re-entry in Tamil

There is a strong belief in the industry that any movie featuring Sai Pallavi as the heroine is guaranteed to be a hit. In Tamil, the film Amaran, in which she acted, was released last year and achieved tremendous success. Sai Pallavi, in particular, received excellent appreciation for her performance. Currently, she is playing the role of Sita in the massive pan-India Hindi film Ramayana. Because of this, she hasn’t taken up any new South Indian films for now. However, there is talk that she may soon make a comeback in Tamil cinema.

Sai Pallavi previously acted alongside Dhanush in the film Maari 2, which turned out to be an average performer at the box office. Dhanush is now acting in a new film directed by the Amaran director. The project’s pre-production work has already begun. For the heroine’s role, names like Meenakshi Chaudhary and Pooja Hegde were considered. But now, it seems that Sai Pallavi has been finalized. Discussions are reportedly underway in this regard.

Meanwhile, Dhanush is currently working on a film directed by Vignesh Raja of Por Thozhil fame. Once that is completed, clarity may emerge on whether Sai Pallavi will star in his next movie. An official announcement about this is expected soon.
