TTD Plans to Expand Srivari Seva to Village Leve - EO Muddada Ravichandra

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra said the temple administration is making concerted efforts to expand Srivari Seva to the village level in accordance with the directions of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. Addressing the second phase of the Group Supervisors' training programme at the Srivari Seva Sadan in Tirumala on Tuesday, he urged supervisors to work collectively to strengthen the volunteer initiative and identify opportunities to extend Srivari Seva to local temples across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Ravichandra noted that nearly 50,000 temples exist across the two Telugu-speaking states and encouraged volunteers to help improve devotional services in those temples. He said trained Group Supervisors should educate volunteers before they arrive in Tirumala so they can provide quality services to devotees. He also revealed that TTD is preparing to introduce a performance-based rating system, similar to a credit score, for Srivari Sevaks to ensure efficient duty allocation. The EO also invited suggestions from supervisors to further improve TTD's services for devotees.
