Telangana is set to begin the voter-list preparation process for two Graduate MLC constituencies. The terms of the elected members from the Mahabubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad and Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates’ constituencies are due to end in March 2027. A notification for the voter-registration exercise is scheduled to be issued on September 28, with applications through Form-18 to be accepted until November 6. Both constituencies are currently represented in the Telangana Legislative Council as Graduate constituencies.
The draft electoral roll is scheduled to be published on November 25, followed by a period for claims and objections from November 25 to December 10. The final electoral roll is expected to be published on December 30. Telangana Chief Electoral Officer Sudarshan Reddy has advised graduates whose names are already included in the electoral roll to submit a fresh application through Form-18 as part of the new registration process. Official Telangana government information confirms that Form-18 is used for applications by graduates for MLC electoral rolls.
