Supreme Court Allows Seven-Day Questioning of CI Nagaraju in Saikrishna Case

The Supreme Court has issued key directions in the Saikrishna case, permitting the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to question CI Nagaraju at the Vijayawada SIT office for seven days. The apex court said the remaining conditions imposed in the case will continue unchanged.

According to the details provided, the SIT will take Nagaraju into custody from tomorrow and question him as part of its investigation. The SIT had approached the Supreme Court challenging the directions earlier issued by the High Court, following which the apex court granted permission for the seven-day questioning.
