INDIA Bloc to Hold ‘Jan Mahabhiyog’ Against CEC Gyanesh Kumar

The INDIA bloc is set to organise a public impeachment programme titled ‘Jan Mahabhiyog’ against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar today. The event, initially referred to as a ‘Mock Parliament’, has been renamed ‘Jan Mahabhiyog’, meaning People’s Impeachment. It will be held at the residence of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge.

The programme will be chaired by former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar and is scheduled to run from 3 pm to 7.30 pm. Through the event, the INDIA bloc aims to present its objections to CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s conduct before the public.
