RBI Opens Doors for Young Talent in Policy, Economics and Technology

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released a notification for the recruitment of Young Professionals (YP), offering a unique opportunity for talented youth across the country. The initiative aims to attract skilled candidates with expertise in economics, public policy, data analytics, and technology, enabling them to contribute to key policy and research activities at the central bank.

Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹1.5 lakh and will be appointed on a contractual basis. Those recruited under the program will be required to work at the RBI Central Office in Mumbai. The opportunity is expected to attract aspiring professionals looking to gain valuable experience in one of India’s most prestigious financial institutions.
